Using YouTube to get a youth worker/minister
Interesting idea for getting a youth work/minister. Looks like a nice location to work!
Some thoughts:
What’s using this ad say about:
- The church, the pastor (he have an appearance in the ad),
- The young people involved?
- Is it a shopping window job ad, nice place to live, nice young people (white, middle class ect). Is this a good thing?
- Is using the young people in this way a good thing?
