I have been involved in youth ministry for over 13 years. Working within the church, para-church (YFC) and non-faith based organisations such as the Youth Service.
As part of my work I have had extensive experience of working in schools, session youth work, developing projects such as a youth cyber cafe and weekly street based detached/outreach work.
I have run training/teaching on subjects such as alternative worship with young people, film and theology and child protection.
I currently work full time as a 'Associate Pastor, Youth & Children's Ministry' for Malmesbury Abbey as well as regularly teaching on CYM's Engage course.
